These terms govern access to and use of the UNFT Labs corporate website associated with unftlabs.com, including its information pages and contact form.
2. Website purpose and service contracts
This website presents our software development, web and mobile application, automation, artificial intelligence, blockchain and technology consulting services, alongside our projects and collaborations. Its general information is not a binding contractual offer.
Sending an enquiry or requesting a quote does not purchase a service or trigger a payment. Scope, prices, taxes, timelines, deliverables, licences, support and other service conditions must be expressly agreed in the relevant proposal or contract. Validly agreed service terms apply to that service, subject to mandatory law.
3. Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not introduce malicious code, send spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, or disrupt the website. Information you submit must be accurate and relevant. Do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary confidential information.
4. Intellectual property
Content, design, code, text, trademarks and graphics belong to UNFT Labs or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Browsing does not transfer rights or grant licences. You may view and retain content for personal or internal use; exploitation, distribution or modification requires permission unless allowed by law or an expressly stated licence.
Mentioning a brand, project or technology does not imply that UNFT Labs owns all associated rights. A patent application is not a granted patent.
5. Projects and external links
Linked websites, applications and services may have separate operators, terms and privacy policies. These terms apply to the corporate website and do not replace the terms for ZKI, UNFTProof or other products and services. Presenting UNFTChain or other decentralised networks does not imply that UNFT Labs controls their governance or guarantees their operation, rewards or economic value.
Blockchain content provides technological information and is not financial advice or a promise of returns. External links are supplied for reference. Report unlawful content or problems to [email protected] so we can assess them and take action where appropriate.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors, interruptions and changes may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Please report errors by email.
UNFT Labs remains liable as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Our privacy policy explains personal data processing, the contact form and how to exercise your rights.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms to reflect legal or website changes and will show the revision date. Updates do not retrospectively amend existing contracts. Spanish law and applicable European Union law govern these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under applicable law, preserving consumers’ mandatory jurisdiction and rights.
